　Data gathering　問診と診察

Communication and Interpersonal Skills Subcomponent
　Questioning skills　質問のスキル
　Information-sharing skills　情報を集めるスキル
　Professional manner and rapport　プロとしてのマナーと信頼関係を築くこと
Spoken English Proficiency Subcomponent
　Clarity of spoken English communication within the context of the doctor-patient
　encounter (e.g., pronunciation, word choice, and minimizing the need to repeat questions or statements)
　発音、言葉遣い、質問の繰り返しを最小限にすること。
